1. First, testing molybdenum powder, if the powder is qualified then goes on the next step;

2. Mixing-Molybdenum powder;

3. Sintering-sintered molybdenum rod

4. Rolling-molybdenum rod with higher density than sintered;

5. Annealing;

6. Drawing;

7. Annealing;

8. Second drawing-finer wire than pre-drawing;

9. Finished-reach the required diameter;

For different diameter, the wire may be taken several times of drawings.

Molybdenum wire is featured by high tensile strength, good discharge property, smooth surface, high cutting speed, long service life and low wire tightening frequency.
